Traditional foamback are made from standard covering material and furniture grade foam, using spray-glue method for adhesion. These products are not long lasting, lack of colour fastening properties, and slips between layers or even within the foam. These are not suitable for marine application.
PBDMT's new range of foambacks are made from high quality marine grade material and specially formulated foam to withstand the marine environment such as high humidity, UV and weather. Furthermore, our "heat-drum-welding-adhesion" technology does away with glue, ensuring no splits will ever take place between layers.
